Toyota Fortuner 2,8 L Diesel Manual-2 Berth
The Toyota Fortuner sleeps 2 in great comfort, the Gerber Clamshell tent opens easily with just 2 clamps, the Mattress is a super soft 75mm thick, and measures 1,3m wide by 2,3m in Length. Two tent poles open the rear side hatch to give great ventilation.
A sturdy Camping Table is fitted on the roof below the Tent. The Tent ladder is telescopic and fits easily onto both sides of the tent for easier access. A strong 2-step ladder is also included to improve access to the tent.
The vehicle is fitted with a Long Range 160 L Diesel tank, which give an effective range of approx. 1200kms. A 40 L Engel Fridge / Freezer is fitted and operates off a second battery, which is charged off the car’s alternator when driven. A water tank is fitted below the Tent and accessed via a tap off the Roof Rack.
Roller storage drawers offer ample storage and have dividers to offer easy gear and grocery packing. A convenient slide tray is fitted to the Roller Drawers for easy food preparation. The vehicle is fitted with a Snorkel for limited water driving and better engine ventilation. The Engine is Toyota’s Powerhouse 2,8 L Turbo Diesel and is a GD 6.
